Greetings from our Enrollment office

Welcome and thank you for your interest in Taipei Adventist American School. Our school is proud of our reputation in the community and we are pleased that you are considering joining our family-style educational community.

TAAS is a church-administered nonprofit school that specializes in western-style education in a nature-based Christian environment.  We strive to train students to be self-learners, that is, students who are not just responsible for the required material but those who truly want to learn.  We don’t force rote memorization, but our teachers give reason and understanding behind the material that all students are required to learn.  We strive to train up children who will love learning for the rest of their lives and will always ask, “Why?”

What kind of person do you want your child to be when they grow up?  What kind of life do you want them to live? Where do you want them to go to further their education? How would you like them to behave? These are all questions that parents ask, and we hope that we can provide the answers as evidenced by our students.

Beyond the classroom, we believe in a holistic style of education.  This means that we think that true education of a child is not just intellectual, but also physical, social, and spiritual.  We believe that when you educate a child in all four areas of life, then you will produce a well-rounded child of excellence that will strive to be the best he or she can be for the rest of their lives.

If this kind of education interests you, then our school is just right for you!

If you have not already done so, we encourage you to fully explore our website, where you will find a wealth of information.  If you have any questions, or would like to come see the school, we welcome you to get in touch with us at any time. Our enrollment officer is looking forward to guiding you through the application process, and sharing with you all that Taipei Adventist American School has to offer.

Sincerely yours,
